A very large charity shop with plenty of space!

I am a disabled person and a carer or friend of a disabled person and a general supporter of disabled access. I have experience of challenges around: a hidden impairment, accessing toilets, dexterity or coordination and moving around.
Overall Rating
Good
A very large superstore with plenty of space to navigate the place. The entrance doors are automatic and more than wide enough for any powerchair or mobility aid to easily fit through. Most of the clothing rails and shelves are easily accessed from a seated position, some of the aisles containing clothing are a little narrow and I did get my wheels stuck on clothing that was dragging on the floor a couple of times.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Automatic doors on the entrance to the store make it very easy to access the store independently. The aisles around the store are of a decent size in most places, however you may get caught on an item of clothing or two on your trip if they are on the floor. There are shelves for bric a brac, books and children's toys, however the majority of these are accessible from a seated position and if not, there are plenty of staff available that can be asked for assistance. There are fitting rooms on-site that are large enough to fit a wheelchair, possibly a power chair, however I have not used this myself. The access to the till area is not fit for wheel/powerchair users or people with large mobility aids in general. I had the option of either watching an elderly lady squash herself into a corner for me to pass her, or wait for her to complete her purchase and leave the area completely. This made the experience incredibly uncomfortable for us both and could easily be rectified by moving the barriers so that the space is large enough.

I travelled to this place by personal vehicle
There is a carpark for the retail park that Cancer Research UK is located within and it has a good amount of disabled parking spaces, along with EV charging points and links to public transport only a short distance away on foot. There aren't any parking costs for using the carpark, however it is monitored via ANPR cameras and you are only allowed to park there for up to 3 hours.

I did not see any public bathroom facilities available in this store what-so-ever.
Staff
Good
The staff that I did interact with were all pleasant enough, however when asked if I would like to donate extra money towards a raffle or just towards the charity (I was already making a purchase, the proceeds of which are going to charity as it is a charity shop.) I declined and was met with a steely gaze, the pleasant interaction turned to silence and I felt incredibly uncomfortable.
