Cardiff University Centre for Student Life

The Centre for Student Life is an impressive part of Cardiff University, offering free and confidential support services for students covering everything from money, health, careers and employment. In addition, it features a Costa coffee, an accessible toilet and a Changing Places toilet, as well as student study spaces and lecture halls over its five floors. As a visitor, I was surprised at how welcome this location was and how good the facilities are.

I nipped in to use the loo on my way home from town. I couldn't believe how big the accessible toilet was on the ground floor. The sink can be raised or lowered electronically, there is an adult sized changing table and a shower. There are red cords by the toilet and the door. The only thing I wondered about was why there was no red cord by the shower.
