Chalet-Apartments Naturapartments Alpreid

We have two powerchair using boys aged 12 and 19. Their needs are increasing and we have to hoist for transfers. Naturapartments is a modern building with a small number of apartments with two accessible on the ground floor. We stayed in Moderne Tanne. It has a large bed room with two queen beds, one of which can be hoisted into from both sides, the other from one side. It's a little tight for space with two chairs but eminently doable. Roll in shower, low toilet suitable for toilet chair. No grab rails so better for either chair users or those not prone to falls. Small outside seating area, level access throughout. Large underground garage that took our Master van with ease. Regular bus service from right outside - free pass with apartment rental. No equipment offered - you'll need to take your own unless you can hire locally (not known). Friendly and helpful owners who live on site. Fabulous location in a beautiful area about 15 mins from Lana which has shops and restaurants. Not for those looking for a party - this is a quiet rural location!
