I visited quite a few Changing Places toilets on my trip to Middlesbrough and was generally pleased with the good standard I found, so I am sure that this one is of similar quality. Unfortunately, it is only accessible to registered users, which makes it difficult for people who are only visiting. I do not doubt that the council had good reason to implement this policy, as I guess it was probably to protect the facility after some vandalism, but I want to make sure that people are aware of this restriction when they are looking for somewhere to go.
