The accessible toilet was on the ground floor, near Reception. Can't remember about signage but I asked helpful, pleasant Reception staff

Leisure centre reception staff very pleasant and friendly; Innovate Trust staff and volunteers were very informative and friendly and not patronising!

Innovate Trust run the Sailabilty sessions from the slipway on Wednesday mornings (9.30-11.30am) at £7 per session. It seems to run on a 'just turn up' basis. There was a hoist and many strong helping hands to get in and out of the very stable dinghies from the jetty. A disabled person sails with an experienced instructor, but can take over the controls for much of the time. The dinghies are very stble and don't require moving around to get out of the way of the sail or balance the boat. They also seem to organise various exciting sporting sessions. including those at the Cardiff International White Water centre. See their website www.innovate-trust.org.uk
