Church Farm Barns - Norfolk Disabled-Friendly Cottages

Stayed over Christmas 2022 until February 2023 and did not wish to leave. Location wonderful with scenic views to enjoy during journey, from the old cartshed windows and patio. Facilities modern and every need and desire for self catering facilities exceptional. Thoroughly spoiled with every home comfort and more. The old cart shed facilitated any disability whilst maintaining comfort, dignity and accessibility whilst remaining perfect and discreet for any visitor. Beds very comfortable with an array of choice, lounge and snug homely and the kitchen an expanse to enjoy with the family with every gadget and need available. Welcome pack helpful. Heating and hot water exceptional to heat the large spaces. Christmas tree and decor was lovely and unexpected. Internet and access to apps robust. This cottage was beautiful and a stunning location to relax in total tranquility Other cottages appeared beautiful and the entire site kept immaculate with parking and access perfect. Even when cottages full it was very peaceful and restful. Local amenities and central to explore beautiful Norfolk. Lavinia and Kevin are professional, helpful and most attentive and responsive whilst fading into the background. Truly stunning location, properties, facilities and exceptionally priced. Thank you x

A pretty village, not far from the coast. Attractive accommodation with good facilities. Have already booked again!

Very attractive, well decorated cottage and lovely surroundings. Everything was well maintained. Additional equipment can be hired (we need a profiling bed) and we found the layout and facilities made staying there as easy as possible. A good base for exploring the surrounding coast and countryside.
