Clapham Junction (Changing Places) *Used as standard accessible toilet was occupied* ✅ Clean. I think we can safely say my scooter fit! I could do full turning circles, no problem! ❓ Radar key needed. ❌ Both emergency cords needed tagging. That really isn't great, as some of the most vulnerable people may be using these toilets.

Clapham Junction is one of the UK's busiest transport hubs. It has lifts to all platforms and staff usually on hand to provide help and ramp assistance. There is an accessible toilet. There are plenty of shops and places selling food and drink, and there's a shopping concourse at the main entrance. The station is also served by London Overground, which offers a turn-up-and-go service - no need to book assistance 24 hours in advance.

Useful interchange station. Fairly user friendly considering its age but certainly not with accessibility designed in.
