The former Niblick Restaurant on the first floor of the World of Golf Museum has had a re-brand and a makeover. So far so not so good to this reviewer.

There are two blue badge parking spaces near the museum entrance and I chose to walk up the few steps while holding a rail rather than take the longer, ramp entrance. Customer wifi was unavailable (previous restaurant had it). A staff member gave me the password for staff wifi but I couldn't get it work. The password written down for me had some ambiguities (O or 0, | symbol, and other problems), and the staff member who'd given it me was no longer serving us. We decided to do withouf.

I travelled to this place by walk or wheel
Met a former colleague for lunch. Compared with previous visits (to The Niblick) service was a little slower, but we made allowances for new staff under new management. Coffee is served in illy cups, which would not suit fatter fingers. The menu was smaller than the previous Niblick, and the dessert choice was limited to cake or ice cream. After 75 minutes we were asked to vacate our restaurant table overlooking the West Sands to walk (very slowly with my two walking sticks) to the opposite end of the dining area to take coffee and eat ice cream. The restaurant was busy, but not full. I don't think our waitress had seen me enter before lunch via the left and walking very slowly with sticks. She did not apologise or make any allowance for my discomfort.

Accessible Toilets
Did not use toilets. My able-bodied companion had no issue with the toilets he used.
Staff
Good
Friendly enough, but several seemed quite new to their tasks and were in more of a hurry than former staff I encountered at the previous Niblick. And yet overall service was slightly slower. Prices were average ... for St Andrews, which is generally not cheap.
