This review focuses on hearing loop acceptance and awareness as part of the Hearing Link "Let's Loop the UK" project.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Signage relating to hearing loops in poor. There are working loops at the counter, but no portable loops were available.
Accessible Toilets
0I don’t know whether or not there was an accessible toilet.
Staff
Average
Staff were helpful but knew little about hearing loops. The manager is considering a training event.
