Every time I've found them really accommodating. If you book an accessible/with PA ticket, they send you an email clearly setting out all the accessibility information you could want. And it's obvious from the moment you book that there has been some joined-up thinking. You can park outside with a Blue Badge and go in through a separate side entrance about ten minutes before everyone else. If it's a standing concert, there are seats around the sides specifically marked for people with mobility needs. If it's a seated concert, you can choose your seat, but they helpfully reserve the last seat on the row if they can. That might sound like a small thing. It isn't. Knowing that I can get in slightly earlier, avoid the crush and have somewhere to sit means I can actually consider going to something. And then there are the toilets. You wouldn't think there was much to say about a toilet... …But I've been disabled long enough to know that this is actually vital information. 🤣 So, yes. It has a really good disabled toilet. Also yes, it is an old building - it's a former church. And yet they've clearly thought about how disabled people can actually use the space. They've worked out what they can do within the limitations of the building, rather than using the age of the building as the end of the conversation.
