Disabled Access In and Around

There is a side door for disabled access, it sometimes fails and needs a member of staff to open it. Once inside and registered you go to the two lifts. Unfortunately when it was built there are two large columns directly opposite the lift . So when coming down to reception you should really have revered into the lift, as it's a real pain otherwise.

Parking & Transport

There are 2 designated places, which are always in use. I tend to drive up to the main entrance then park ensuring I'm not blocking the entrance of course. Put my blue badge on.

Accessible Toilets

I saw or saw signs to an accessible toilet but didn’t use it.

Staff

Always friendly.

Additional Information

Opposite is Marks & Spencer and Tesco so if you,ve forgotten something they are usefull. M&s have bar in the food hall open til 7pm, it's good
