Overview

As we arrived a member of staff help move all the chairs to get all our wheelchairs in then we went to order when it came to ordering at the till the staff didn't really know how to communicate with us it seemed like they saw the wheelchair and panicked. when it came to queuing there was a large post to separate the new costumers coming in and the queuing line, this effected the access around the coffee shop.

it was quite tight trying to get around the shop and getting to the tables because it was small.

Toilets

we didn't use the bathrooms but we know that there wasn't no hoist in the bathrooms for the people that need one.

Staff

the staff when we arrived was really good but as for when we ordered the staff didn't know how to communicate with us. my friend which uses a communication aid when he was ordering it was to loud for the staff to hear it but the staff didn't even try to hear what my friend was saying so my teacher had to repeat it loudly for them to hear.
