    Good

Firstly, the staff were really helpful making every effort to accommodate my needs as a wheelchair user. Secondly, the food was excellent. The downstairs dining area was inaccessible, however when we asked about a reservation they said they would open the upstairs dining area for us.

The upstairs dining that they opened for us is reached via a graduated slope which is down the alley to the left hand side of the building as you look at it. There is an accessible toilet in the upstairs dining area (though there is a step to negotiate to get to it from the front of the building). The downstairs dining needed you to go down some steps and so was inaccessible for a wheelchair user.

    Parking & Transport

I travelled to this place by walk or wheel

We walked to the restaurant from our hotel in the centre of Chester. Chester itself is generally level access unless you go down to the riverfront.

There was a disabled toilet in the upstairs dining area though I did not use it on my visit to the restaurant.
