Great quirky place

Brilliant addition to Chester who have really thought about accessibility. This is a bar on top of a car park. There is a lift on the street up to Floor 8. The place is split level but there is a platform stair lift up to the top level, which the staff operate on request. Wheelchair accessible toilet. Very friendly and accommodating staff, nothing was too much trouble for them and kept asking us if we were ok. Please do ring or email ahead to check the lifts are working.
