Overview
Wheelchair accessible, helpful security man on door looked after my excess luggage so that as an independent traveller I could get around the store more easily. All staff very helpful and attentive. Accessible lift between floors with staff opening the door. Couldn't have been better. Shame about their competitors just up the street who are unable to provide any access at all.

Normal central London parking problems but not impossible for Blue Badge users in Covent Garden
