Wheelchair accessible, helpful security man on door looked after my excess luggage so that as an independent traveller I could get around the store more easily. All staff very helpful and attentive. Accessible lift between floors with staff opening the door. Couldn't have been better. Shame about their competitors just up the street who are unable to provide any access at all.

This is a branch of Cotswold Outdoor, the suppliers of clothing and paraphernalia for outdoor activities. The entrance is step-free, it's hard to get around some areas of the ground floor, and the lift was out of order so I wasn't able to visit the basement, which contains half of the shop.
