Overall Rating

Good

The space inside is all on one level and was very open and accessible. Lots of different inclusive equipment and rooms available. Staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The only reason we are not giving full 5 stars is because it doesn't have a changing places toilet.

Disabled Access In and Around

Excellent

The main entrance doors open by pushing the button which we can sometimes find quite awkward but once inside its all on one floor. There are lots of different rooms to use if booked in advance and different types of seating around.

Parking & Transport

Average

We were dropped off so didn't have to park, the car park does not have a lot of spaces. It is on a public transport route.

Accessible Toilets

Good

The toilet was clean with hand rails and plenty of room to move around. It would benefit from a changing places toilet.

Staff

Excellent

The 3 staff members we spoke with were very friendly and helpful offering lots of information not only of what the Library offers but also the local community.

Additional Information

We will definitely be visiting again and hope to do so on a regular basis.
