After I wrote my earlier review I spoke to the owners. They were lovely and one of them is a grade 4 signer. They showed me the premises next door currently undergoing refurbishment and told me that it will open in two weeks with an accessible toilet.

At present the toilet is not accessible and is outdoors.
Accessible facilities: Seating at regular intervals, Step-free entrance, Step-free access to most areas
