Excellent

Entire centre in wheelchair accessible and spacious. There are wheelchairs to use in the store. I love visiting the restaurant for tea and cake, the tables are at a good height for wheelchairs and it’s very big so even when busy people don’t need to move for me to get through the tables

Disabled Access In and Around

Excellent

Brilliant for accessibility, big double automatic doors to enter. Very spacious and I’m able to get round everything easily in my powerchair. Even flooring, there’s a small lift that just fits me and one person to go up to the restaurant.

Parking & Transport

Excellent

There is a bus stop just outside the car park. I always go by car, there are about ten disabled parking bays surrounding the entrance with lines at the side but not the back.

Accessible Toilets

Good

The toilet is difficult to find, not well signposted. It is huge! Plenty of space to move around. There are grab rails, it’s always clean and tidy.

Staff

Good

The restaurant staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. There are dairy and gluten free options that staff are generally knowledgeable about.

Additional Information

I would definitely recommend Dobbies. I think they could improve parking by have a parking monitor as theres been many times that disabled bays are taken by people without badges.
