Dobbies Garden Centre & Restaurant

Limited disabled parking which had vehicles parked in them without displaying blue badges. The indoor garden centre side of things is nice and level, warm and bright. Negotiating some of the display areas can be a bit tricky and tight but is possible. Staff didn’t seem overly knowledgable unless it was their section/area. The cafe and restaurant area was disappointing with limited space and counters and displays fairly high. Good selection of different retailers in the building so can find some unusual things. Able to do some grocery shopping whilst there as well. There was a fair bit of stimulation in strong smells and loud noise.

This, as many garden centres is very accessible to wheelchair users. But unfortunately since the restaurant/coffee shop have been upgraded access to the counter/food display/tills is inhibiting due to the raised level.

Whent to dobbies for a visit staff were friendly good place to visit. good for my powerchair to get around
