Visited today to order a new car. Brendan was fab & answered all of our questions with patience. We took the ionic 5 for a test drive, which was fab. Thanks Brendan :) It would have been 5 stars, but wheelchair access was a nightmare with the dropped down kerbs being blocked with cars & not ramp to enter. We worked around this by having cars reshuffled & me going into the showroom through the back door. Please consider wheelchair users & install a ramp to make it easier for us to enter. Note for those on the spectrum or who may struggle with surrounding noise - wear earplugs/loops/flares as the speakers were on the louder side & the showroom became noisy when others came in to view cars.

Not step free as the dropped down kerbs tend to have cars parked in front/across them. There is a kerb in front of the front door & a ridge at the bottom of the door which some wheelchairs will struggle to get over.

Red pull cord not all the way down to the floor. Small turning circle.

Brendon was fab. There were no staff there initially which meant when I first tried to enter & got stuck I was left waiting outside until my husband came. He had to go and find some staff to ask if there was a ramp & they seemed to not really know what to do. Luckily I'd been there before, pre-electric wheelchair days & asked to use the back door which is step free but cars had to be moved off dropped kerbs to allow me to fo this.
