Overall Rating
Good
Extremely easy to access due to the large ramp leading to the car park where where there are two sets of automatic doors. There are multiple bus stops nearby. The store is a 15-20 minute walk to the main bus station.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
In my personal option dunelm is the most accessible store in Kirkcaldy as it has the following: There are many disabled parking spaces close to the entrance. There is a large ramp leading up to two sets of automatic doors.
Parking & Transport
Good
The most convenient way to access dunelm is by car however if you use public transport it is harder to access although there is a positive for using public transport as there is a bus stop 2 minutes down the road.
Accessible Toilets
Good
The Toilets are very easy too use There is Emergency pull cord that goes all the way to the floor so it would be easy to use in case of emergency The toilet is big and wide enough to fit a wheelchair in with no stress at all in my option
Staff
Excellent
The staff are very friendly and they greet you and ask if you need any help when they see you or any other customer.
Additional Information
I would have gave the store 5 stars however they didn't have a baby changing station for anybody with a colostomy bag
