Average
Flat entrance with automatic doors Good width of aisles but there are always baskets/piles of stock on the ends of the aisles and many times also in the centre of the aisle blocking the way making it difficult for wheelchair users and a hazard for those with visual problems Good sized lift Medium sized cafe with enough room to get to a table. Staff always willing to assist with items to the table.

large tarmac car park with several good sized parking bays for blue badge holders nearest to the door
Accessible Toilets
Good
Good sized accessible toilet with grab rails and enough room for a wheelchair to turn Sign posted on the directory outside and inside the lift (toilet is on 1st floor) Clean and tidy
Staff
Good
very few members of staff available to ask for assistance but very helpful when someone can be found
Additional Information
Situated at the beginning of Newport Industrial Estate. Easy to find and the only real problem as an independent wheelchair user is the bad placement of stock in the store tuning it into an obstacle course at times.
