Excellent

Fantastic experience. Activity was good and very enjoyable. Very wheelchair friendly and exceptional staff.

Disabled Access In and Around

Good

Ramp to the door was a little bumpy and doors were not automatic. The lift was broken but being fixed at the time. However staff were very accommodating by taking us in the back entrance.

Parking & Transport

Excellent

Very good car park and plenty of disabled spaces. Car park very close to the entrance.

Accessible Toilets

Good

Toilet was very spacious.

Staff

Excellent

Staff were very accommodating and couldn't be more helpful. Great communication and clear instructions. Made sure we were safe at all times. Very flexible and stayed longer to make sure we got the best experience. Absolutely exceptional.

Additional Information

Very good fun and would come again and would recommend it highly. Cafe was also excellent with a nice view and reasonable prices.
