Royal Highland Show

As a disabled member of the RHASS, this years event after a 2 year postponement was the best I can recall since the millennium show. As ever access is excellent given the wide open spaces of Ingliston. Aside from the purpose of the livestock and animal displays, the stalls, tents, stands and halls are full of Scotlands Larder of rich produce. If you only go to the Show once, it’s an experience.

Great day ,both for country folk and townies. Loads of different foods to try all with great access,(please remember it has been dry weather). No trouble parKing just hold up your blue badge and you will be forwarded on. We took our own scooter as it is £25.00 to hire one which is a bit steep with the entry price and parking as well. If required golf buggies go around to take you to e entrance for the show.

The Show is spread over a large area so can be challenging. That said it is fairly good with Tarmac surfaces or boardwalks to get to most stands and displays.
