Disabled Access at EE Harrow

We have level access to our store from the street with a slight slop at the entrance. There are no restrictions for wheelchairs. Accessories are clearly displayed and accessible to wheelchair users. The display phones are available for close inspection. Staff are happy to assist disabled customers and explain the technology. Staff are happy to explain the accessibility features of phones such as screen magnification, screen reading, large buttons. We can provide documents and contracts in large print.

Our store is part of a shopping complex that has a public car park with disabled parking facilities and there are local disabled parking bays within 500 meters of the store.
