Easily accessible, but a few serious issues that need addressing.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Access to the complex isnokay, lots of smooth areas to navigatw e with ease. Automatic doors too. Well lit signage for toilet.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
About 20+ unmonitored disabled bays.
Accessible Toilets
Average
Well lit signage to a single disabled persons toilets. You'll need a radar key to access the toilet. There was a problem here as the photos show; someone had decided that adding a baby changing cot was a good idea. This means any slightly larger than normal wheelchair cannot manoeuvre, so you have to jump out of your chair or an for help! Unacceptable! There are also NO toilets upstatirs!!
Staff
Average
Staff were okay, though a few had issues making eye contact with me (I put that down to age and lack of experience)
Additional Information
NOTE - the only toilet is in the main foyer. Which means I'd you are in screens A to E then you will need to leave the building via the Lemur landings lift, go outside and back in to theaon foyer area! Totally Rubbish.
