Overview

This is a lovely place if you have s child in s buggy or wheelchair. It’s all accessible on one level which makes it much easier to get around. Lots of sensory things to do. My daughter had great fun pressing all the buttons and listening to all the noises. She loved it on the wheelchair swing. The staff there are so attentive to your every needs. Would highly recommend this place.

Transport & Parking

The car park has lots of spaces and disabled parking is right next to the main entrance.

Access

All doors are easy open and wide enough to get wheelchairs through easily.

Toilets

For disabled people who can walk the disabled loo is brilliant. Unfortunately I need to lie my daughter (12 years old ) on a bed to change her with a hoist to lift her. I believe they are hoping to have a changing places installed which would be great.

Staff

The staff are all really polite and very attentive to your needs.
