Sadly not particularly accessible

I emailed in advance of booking to ask about accessibility. Got this very polite response: "Unfortunately, our premises are not greatly accessible for wheelchairs. The is couple of steps from the street on entrance, and or only bathrooms are located downstairs on basement level. Apologies for this".
