This building is used by the townspeople for events, functions, coffee mornings, elections etc. There is level access at the side via a fire door, on request. So a wheelchair user generally needs to be accompanied, so that the people inside can open the door. FFor eg elections, the door is kept propped open.

Plenty of off street parking with disabled bays.

0The staff at the Town Hall will vary from event to event, depending on how aware they are of disability issues.

This is a significant public building which many people use regularly so it's important that it is made as accessible as possible.
