Overall Rating
Excellent
I have done this place with a walking stick, rollator, and manual attendant wheelchair. The actual shopping park is fairly wheelchair accessible. Some shops lifts were broken which was disappointing. Many of the shops have a small lip over the threshold which is bumpier than it looks. The design of the shops are all spacious and flat which is excellent. I will say the area behind the shopping park (B&M, all the car showrooms, ableworld, burger king etc etc) is not easy to access on the pavements as they are cracked, have huge camber and drop curbs send you out into traffic. I wouldn't want to do that area alone whichever aid I was using. They do have mobility scooters you can book to use and the Fort's own toilets are very accessible and they have a changing places room as well.
