This was the next instalment in our journey to Kazakhstan, firstly the Lufthansa staff on our flight from London were fantastic, very attentive and supportive. Frankfurt is a massive complex navigation and directions to our next boarding were supported by the airport staff brilliantly. The recognised my lanyard and their support could not have been better through a very busy airport. Their Airport security was also very efficient but respectfull. Due to timescales we did not have time to sample what customer services were available.

Good
I have found in German Airports especially - the attention to detail and provision o wide spaces, lifts and moving flat escalators is superb. Of toileting facilities most are standardised and excellent. You know what is available and they are well serviced. Good signage and direction.
Parking & Transport
Good
As this was a connecting flight cannot comment on the transport, staff supportby the Airport staff was excellent. There were fully serviced and accessible areas throughout, wide spacious aisles.

Wide, spacious, spotless and well serviced, can’t be faulted.

Excellent and efficient staffing ,recognised my symbol cane and offered service and support throughout to our next boarding point to Astana.
