Good
Okay access but new wheelchair users or those with weaker arms may struggle up the ramp and over the lip through the main entrance.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
There is a dedicated ramp which is okay to manoeuvre around. The main problem here is the huge lip to get over at the main entrance. It's huge!
Parking & Transport
Average
Adequate parking facilities. Three designated spaces, but chevrons only to one side of each bay, and the markings are badly faded. Due to the location the car park is not flat and some may struggle to push across the car park to get to the building.
Accessible Toilets
Good
Okay. Access is through a heavy door though, but it has glass so you can see if there is anyone behind it. No grab handle on the toilet door makes it hard to close for wheelchair users. Very clean toilets though.
Staff
Excellent
Excellent manner, welcomed as soon as we entered. A professional interaction and smiling disposition, helpful but not overbearing.
Additional Information
Overall a most pleasant experience. Good food complimented by good service. A few small access issues but these are probably because of the site being fairly old. Recommended venue for a pleasant lunch time experience.
