Arrived at booking to find our table was upstairs with no lift access as it was broken and according to staff had been for some time. After being asked if we would be ok upstairs and saying we would have to be, we were then quickly reallocated a downstairs table. The entrance doors are heavy and a solo wheelchair user would find them difficult.

Good
We used the nearby Chapelfield car park which has very good access.
Accessible Toilets
Good
The doors are a little heavy still, but a decent sized toilet.
Staff
Good
Very polite and helpful, quick to act once aware there was an issue.
