This is an office building which very recently has had the lobby renovated and there is a new disabled toilet with a shower. I do not think they would object to any disabled person coming in to use it. It is at the bottom of Murray Street between Jury's Inn and the Royal Academical Institution so right in the city centre. On another occasion when I needed them there were no sanitary bins in place. I find it wise to carry a spare plastic bag.
