Overview
The spa facilities are not accessible at all with no disabled changing or showering. The accessible hotels room is a small double at best which I could not get my wheelchair around. Only plus was the accessible toilet in the room.
Transport & Parking
Only a few disabled bays which where full so we had to park in a normal space with our WAV.
Access
The doors in the hallways are very narrow and I only just got my power chair through them , not suitable for most self propelling wheelchairs. All rooms are upstairs with lift access. For step free entry to the dining area you had to leave the hotel and go back in through another door. Drop curb to leisure club blocked by parking spaces , the leisure club has no accessible changing room or showers anyway and the standard changing rooms are not suitable for a wheelchair user.
Toilets
The accessible hotel room had a fully accessible toilet however due to the rest of the room not being accessible due to it's small size we opted to move to a standard room with more space but no accessible toilet.
Staff
Hit and miss , one duty manager was lovely and understanding whilst the other was defensive and dismissive of my feedback on the size of the accessible room.
