There is only one entrance and it has two tall steps. This makes the place completely inaccessible for wheelchair users.
Disabled Access In and Around
0Zero stars. I was not able to get in. I had to have the veterinary consultation on the pavement outside, in bitterly cold winter weather, and I waited a total of an hour outside. See my photo below of the entrance and its two steps.

Average
Several bus routes pass nearby, but there are no step-free stations in the area.
Accessible Toilets
0I don't think there's a toilet for customers.
Staff
Good
The staff at the surgery are all sweet, friendly and helpful. One of them says she is reminding the regional manager monthly about the need to provide step-free access, but so far without a successful outcome.
Additional Information
This could so easily be converted into a much more positive review if Goddards provided step-free access to the surgery.
