Overview

My dog developed a fear of the vet and I didn’t know what to do. We moved to Green Pastures and after doing some familiarisation in the waiting room and consulting rooms for a few weeks he now loves his visits. They helped me feel relaxed and welcome which rubbed off on my dog. Now he’s so keen to visit the vet and have a treat from reception. I couldn’t be happier with the service we receive here. The entrance has a long gentle ramp. The waiting room is spacious and easy to move around. They have a quiet room for people and pets if it’s all a bit overwhelming. And they staff make me smile every visit.

Transport & Parking

Green Pastures has a large carpark. They have a disabled bay for the dog entrance and another for the cat entrance. There is not a bus stop near by.

Access

There is a ramp that goes from the disabled parking up to the entrance. It has a railing on the side with a handrail. The door is kinda heavy but staff (or other customers) are always happy to help.

Toilets

I have not used a toilet as I live nearly.

Staff

Staff are amazing with people and pets. They don’t stress about dogs having toilet accident and are quick to help clean up. They always have treats available. They want your pet to enjoy their visit.
