Excellent

Disabled access on ground floor without steps, and lift access to all floors. All rooms I used and entered were also flat, and there was plenty of room to get around.

Accessible facilities: Lift to all areas, Step-free entrance, Step-free access to most areas

Multi-storey car park with free blue badge parking less than a five minute ride away

Disabled toilet on ground floor, reasonable size with red cord and pull bars correctly in place.

Good

Very kind and helpful- though when asking the person on the door for directions, I was directed to "take the stairs and turn left at the top"...while I was sat in a mobility scooter...
