Unfortunately not a very accessible venue. If there are disabled parking bays, we couldn't find them. There was no step free access unless you manage to find a side road (we didn't see it until after). The actual building is step free, and so is the reception through to the resteraunt. I can't comment further than that as we only went to eat there.

Unfortunately there were steps from the car park up to the hotel. Outside the actual hotel, there was a ramp to one side and also steps. I think you can access step free from a side road but we weren't sure how to get there.

There is a private car park. It's a bit confusing on where you go in as there is a barrier and there is student accomodation surrounding the hotel itself. If there were disabled bays, we didn't find them.

I'm not sure if the staff were just busy or forgot about us for the majority of the time. There was a very friendly lady though. It felt a bit awkward.
