About

Hampstead Theatre seeks to produce work that combines entertainment with originality. We have a rich tradition of creating cutting-edge theatre, and many of our productions transfer to the West End. We have two performance spaces - the 328 -seat main house and 90-seat Hampstead Downstairs, both of which have excellent access for disabled customers and can accommodate customers in wheelchairs.

Hampstead Theatre

Hampstead Theatre (Reviewed with crutch, not scooter) ✅ Clean, didn't seem to find any obstacles. I liked how all toilets had the same red doors/ aesthetic - clear signage ❓ Scooter might've fit, *just* ❌ Cord tagged, as it was a tiny bit short of the floor

Excellent Access and Very Helpful Staff

Hampstead Theatre is a mid-size, modern theatre with step free access, adjacent to Swiss Cottage Tube Station. The theatre has two performance spaces and this review is for its main theatre. Many of its shows have gone on to transfer to London's West End. I went to see David Suchet, Poirot and More A Retrospective. The theatre has excellent access.
