I prebooked a "wheelchair Accessible Sunday lunch table" weeks before we arrived in Cornwall so opted for an indoor table, I was impressed the online booking recognised accessible requirements. There was outdoor harbour side tables which had live music and a great atmosphere but we were happy inside looking out through a period window.

Excellent
The entrance is level and just wide enough and the restaurant is busy but tables are well spaced out.
Parking & Transport
Good
Porthleven has a central pay and display carpark where blue badge owners can only park for free if their vehicle is adapted to be driven by a disabled person. There is also a well used bus service
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
I didn't use the WC but my wife took some photos on route to the ladies
