Excellent
The Hard Rock Cafe is a frequent appearance on our holidays. Decent food, excellent music and super friendly staff really make the restaurant. The Newcastle store can be accessed at the front and if you are able, a set of stairs will take you to the restaurant. Fear not, the accessible door is at the rear of the building. Once inside, a helpful staff member will guide you to your table and the menu has all the usual American delights. I did not use the toilet facilities so I am unable to share details.
