Overview

For all you people wanting to go wall climbing, this is the place to go!! I can safely say that you will not be disappointed if this is your thing. Wheel chair accessible and fully equipped to enable people with a range of disabilities to climb the wall. All the staff are friendly and helpful and on hand to offer advice.

Transport & Parking

This venue has its own car park directly in front of the building with plenty of room to park. We had mobility cars and Vans and had no problem at all.

Access

Access was easy, staff gave a warm welcome on arrival. explained everything in a way that was appropriate to the individual. Forms that need filling in had slightly small print and assistance was needed for those with a visual impairment, however help was at hand!

Staff

Staff could not be faulted from start to finish. Staff worked hard to enable each person to achieve their own goal, even enabling a wheel chair user to climb independently a small way! Staff had each persons dignity and well being at heart, ensuring at each stage the person was comfortable with the amount of contact they had while attaching the harness etc. The service here could not be faulted in any way, all staff worked brilliantly to give each person a fantastic experience!!

Anything else you wish to tell us?

We would definitely recommend people, what ever your disability may be, to have a go at this. The staff could not do enough, their interaction with each person was appropriate to their needs and made them feel comfortable throughout.
