Gorgeous book town, very historical and interesting. Most shops had steps to enter and some had steps going up and down inside to see more books. A lot were quite tight to move around. Same with the cafe we visited.

    Disabled Access In and Around

Lots of steps. Most shops had one or two steps to enter, some had steps going up and down to see more books on different floors. Most of the shops and the cafe we visited were a bit narrow moving around, and a lot had double doors but with only one side open. Pavements go a bit narrow in places too. I would not have fit on some of them in my wheelchair. There is a big hill which isn't the easiest to go up and down, but it's not massively steep. The roads and pavement were in okay condition, not overly cobbled.

Not tons of parking in the main town, but some disabled street parking.
