Overview

I has requested help to get from Terminal 5, London Heathrow, to Terminal 2. As my flight from Glasgow was delayed, when I arrived at Terminal 5, the person who was to help me, told me, he finished work at 22.30, and my flight had landed at 22.15. Therefore they all stopped work at 22.30. When I asked, how was I going to get from Terminal 5to Terminal 2. I was told to use the shuttle. When I then asked, if I would be able to get on it without help, I was told, "no, you will have to ask another traveller to help". Which, as you can imagine, I was not willing to do. I therefore had to get a taxi to take me from Terminal 5 to terminal 2, at a cost of £25.00
