Overview

Lovely clean and smart with a large bedroom. Bathroom had rails and raised toilet but the shower was over the bath so I couldn't use it. Public areas lovely, restaurant was great, good food and views of the river.

Used public transport, taxi from station to hotel.

Access

Level entry from dropping off point outside hotel. Spacious corridors and lifts.

Toilets

In the bedroom ensuite. Raised with grab rails alarms etc.

Staff

All staff were first class

Switchboard staff should make it clear to customers who are booking that because it is called an accessible room doesn't mean it's accessible to ALL. Not being able to climb into a bath means it is not accessible.
