Excellent
A great place to stay with the friendliest staff who could not do more to help you on your stay their everywhere we went in the hotel was wheelchair accessible they have a hearing loop at reception a great breakfast in the morning I would be happy to go back for another stay
Disabled Access In and Around

everywhere was wheelchair accessible on our visit the only problem was it was a bath with overhead shower which is ok for some ambulant disabled but not for all their is both a lift and hearing loop in the reception

there are 4 accessible parking spaces close to the entrance
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
as above the accessible loo in our room came with a bath with overhead shower their was plenty of grab rails and enough space for a carer it also had an alarm cord in the loo
Staff
Excellent
the staff were very capable and friendly nothing was too much trouble for them they were always friendly and helpful at all times
Additional Information
I would recommend this Holiday Inn Express due to the staff and the room which we had as I said the staff could not have been nicer
