Good
This hotel is what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. There was plenty of free parking, a Harvester restaurant across the car park and it is very close to the M5. Booked an accessible room with a roll in shower. Also requested an interconnecting room for two carers. This was provided free of charge which was a great benefit. The room was on the first floor. There were two lifts of a reasonable size that accommodated a powered wheelchair. The rooms were clean and the accessible bathroom was well planned and made using a mobile hoist quite easy. We stayed for just one high. The hotel seemed to be popular. Will definitely book again.
Good
We focused on the wheelchair aspect of the hotel. The reception was spacious. There are two lifts serving the upper floors. The accessible rooms are on the first floor. There is a ramp down into the dining area.
Good
We drove to the hotel. There were a number of disabled parking spaced close to the front entrance.
Excellent
The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
