Overview

Stayed three nights. Hotel is very well set up for a wheelchair bound guest in almost every respect. Modern and clean.

Transport & Parking

Eight disabled parking slots across the way from main entrance. Registering at reception avoids charges. Flat access at main door and from drop off point. Hotel is a few miles outside Winchester in a rural location.

Access

All flat on ground floor. Lift to bedrooms easily usable for wheelchair user. Bedroom adjacent to lift. Good sized bedroom with plenty of room in bedroom and bathroom. Wet floor shower with good handrails and large fold down plastic seat. Hand held and overhead shower, only issue being higher rail for handheld shower.

Reception Staff very helpful, sorted most appropriate accessible room for us, which was dofferent to what we had booked. Restaurant staff good, sorted route to table, and happy to bring food over from buffet breakfast.
